Representing employers in defending employment discrimination and other employment related claims in federal court and before local, state and federal administrative agencies. Representing businesses in various commercial contract disputes and collection matters. Assisting in the representation of contractors and subcontractors in construction disputes. Advising small businesses on compliance with employment laws, including COBRA. Assisting insured parties with insurance coverage issues. Representing employers on labor matters, including trust fund collection actions.

Mr. Gallagher earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Dallas (1994), and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin (2004) where he was a Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Dane County Bar Association.
